Data2Vault is selected by London Digital Security Centre to join The London Digital Security MarketPlace
From over 400 organisations that were initially identified, Data2Vault is 1 of only 15 companies that were selected to help make London a safer place to do business online.
Bedford, UK– 24th August 2017 – Data2Vault an Asigra Hybrid Partner, and provider of Insured Data Environments for Data Insurance have been invited to join the London Digital Security Centre MarketPlace and work with a select group of market leading vendors to reduce the impact of Cyber crime on London businesses.
The London Digital Security Centre, a not for profit organisation founded by the Mayor of London as a joint venture with The Metropolitan Police and the City of London Police, hosted the conclusion of its ‘Dragons Den’ style selection process on Friday 30 June, to select the market leading products that will be showcased on the Centre’s MarketPlace, to help businesses stay safe as they innovate and grow online.
The selection process began on Wednesday 3 May and over 400 digital security companies were researched with 25 being called for interview at the end of June.
The interview panel was made up of senior members of staff from the Centre, with Chief Executive, John Unsworth making the final decision. Said John, “Those invited for interview were asked a series of in-depth questions about how their products deliver digital security to business.” Each company on the short list were required to demonstrate market leadership through industry awards, independent analyst recommendations, customer references and market share.
Data2Vault will be offering their unique Insured Data Environment for Data Insurance and secure Cloud Backup services for Data Protection and GDPR compliance through the Centre MarketPlace. Participation within the process was by invitation only, for digital security companies with market-leading capabilities. The MarketPlace provides members with access to business resilience products and services supplied by market leading private sector organisations.
